Job Description
Job Overview:
The Youth Services Manager oversees IRC’s diverse youth portfolio of after-school, weekend, and summer academic and mentoring programs that serve 70+ humanitarian immigrant youth, ages 12-24. The Youth Services Manager leads program design, development, and delivery; supervises a team of staff; and serves as a liaison between IRC, public schools, families, and youth program partners. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Programs in Silver Spring.

Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in education, child psychology, social work or relevant field strongly preferred.

US Benefits: The IRC offers a comprehensive and highly competitive set of benefits. All US employees are eligible for sick time, a 403b retirement savings plans: up to 4.5% immediately vested matching contribution, plus an 3-7% additional IRC contribution, and an Employee Assistance Program which is available to our staff and their families to support in times of crisis and mental health struggles.
