Candidate will manage the development and execution of projects that support agreed KPIs, ensuring that client, agency and vendor relationships are healthy and that campaigns are designed to meet client objectives. This role is intended for individuals interested in pursuing a leadership position, and is designed to prepare them with foundational skills and experiences that will contribute to their future success at the agency.Core Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ensure high standards in creative, production and measurement of email, direct mail and other CRM communications
  • Manage agency relationships, including deepening existing partnerships with clients and external agencies
  • Understanding of data driven marketing, profiling and segmentation in order to define and enhance targeting
  • Understand the customer lifecycle and customer experience
  • Develop and present points-of-view that will help build the clients business and uncover areas of opportunity
  • Develop presentations as requested for client and/or agency meetings and marketing plans
  • Coordinate internally and with vendors/partners to ensure the flawless execution of campaigns
  • Support the development of key actionable insights based on key learnings on a project by reviewing results reports and pulling out key insights
  • Development of testing matrices to support test strategies that roll up into a progressive learning agenda
  • Support the project management team with operational logistics such as client SOWs, time-entry reporting, and our agency partnerships

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience within an agency environment
  • Prior success with developing and growing strong relationships with clients, agencies and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ensure management of client expectations around timing, deliverables, and budget;
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to navigate and optimize cross-agency relationships and geo-dispersed teams
  • Strong working knowledge of digital campaign workflow, measurement and reporting
  • Conversant in relevant marketing channels/technologies
  • Experience working with creative and other agency teams
  • Experience managing time-sensitive, fixed cost projects
  • Previous experience working with large brands/budgets and managing projects of scale
  • Interest in learning and eventually supporting financial aspects of client relationships and projects
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high standard of work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent project management skills; strong attention to detail and cross-team coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
