Our Client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the office and marketing/communications team with invoice administration, processing visa expense reports through Concur, assist with managing and tracking Yellow Page ads, review contracts for changes and renewals.The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, punctual, strong Word and Excel skills. Prior marketing admin experience is an asset.
