As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Western Area Sales Manager to lead operations in Vancouver and the surrounding region, ensuring both business growth and operational excellence.About the RoleThe Western Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and optimizing performance in the Vancouver region. This role is perfect for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growing market share. You will oversee a dynamic team, work closely with cross-functional partners, and play a key role in shaping our success in Western Canada.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence.
• Drive sales initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on regional performance, providing strategic recommendations to the Director of Client Services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align goals and improve processes.
• Identify growth opportunities, implement process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Adapt to changing market dynamics, using problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven sales experience with a track record of driving growth and exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed business decisions.
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
• Previous experience in the CPG, retail, or sales execution industry is an asset.
