The assistant manager of Asset Services – Corporate Action Processing is responsible for the day-to-day processing of Corporate Action events from balancing events, compiling client and counterparty instructions, submitting elections at the depositories and ensure the payments are processed accurately at the time of payment taking account of tax consequences that could affect the payment. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
