The anticipated start date for the position with a January 1, 2026, or a mutually agreed upon date. We are inviting applications from institutional theory researchers. Preference will be given to candidates with strategic management as a secondary research/teaching focus and who also have experience teaching human resources in higher education. This position is subject to budgetary approval.QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess:
Duties include: developing and maintaining an active research program aimed at making a significant contribution to the profession, teaching in our undergraduate and graduate programs, supervising Ph.D. students in the Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies program, as well as contributing to other teaching and administrative initiatives of the Faculty of Management. Teaching and service requirements are similar to other research-intensive universities. Candidates are expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses.The Faculty consists of management faculty who are diverse in their expertise and undertake research with a wide range of themes.
