Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for two Bilingual Call Center Agents for a client in the Omaha area.

Bilingual Call Center Agent Job Duties:

• Review and respond to customer requests
• Speak with customers over the phone and email to support our pet clinics
• Log all interactions in an online system
• Escalate unresolved issues to designated lead or manager when indicated
• Generate various reports
• Assign and mail product
• General clerical functions including filing, faxing, and mailing records
• Other duties or functions as required

What we are looking for in a Bilingual Call Center Agent:

• High school diploma or GED
• More than one year in customer service experience
• More than one year as an agent in a consumer call center
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Ability to multi-task while handling phone calls, emails, and customer complaints

Hours:

Monday-Friday

8AM-5PM
