Amendment

Based on the outcomes of the pre-bid site visit findings and the bidders’ conference, 2 sections of the ToR have been amended. For ease of reference, all sections that have been modified or added in the new version of the document are highlighted in yellow. We kindly request that you thoroughly review the ToR. The ToR amendment includes the following components:

3.8.2.4 PV Modules Mounting – Functional performance: A description of the requirements for the drainage system has been included.

3.8.9.2 Cabling, Protection and Safety – Electrical protection: A description of the requirements for load management based on inverter capacity has been included.

Due to the amendment some deadlines have been adjusted. Please find the new deadlines below:

Bid Submission – 23 September 2025 (5 pm CPH Time)
