Job Overview:
- Handle inbound customer service calls
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Update customer records and track inquiries
- Follow call center scripts and protocols
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with customers
- Work one of several shifts (see below) after training
Training + Schedule Requirements:
- Mandatory 3-week training class begins 10/06
- Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during training and for post-training shift assignment
- Weekend rotation: Every other Saturday or 2-on / 2-off
- Holiday availability required
