Job Overview:

• Handle inbound customer service calls

Training + Schedule Requirements:

• Mandatory 3-week training class begins 10/06
• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during training and for post-training shift assignment
• Weekend rotation: Every other Saturday or 2-on / 2-off
• Holiday availability required
