Call Center Quality Specialist – Multilingual Portuguese, Spanish, and/or French

SUMMARY

The Call Center Quality Specialist (Verification Quality Specialist) will drive accuracy and data integrity through regular Verification Quality reviews.

If within a commutable distance to one of our offices, this role would offer a hybrid schedule after training (Tues-Thur in office, Mon/Fri work from home). Fluency in the following languages is preferred: Portuguese, Spanish, French.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform Verification Quality reviews for all Verification Reviewers
  • Managing the Verification Quality Support Teams Channel
  • Handling Rebuttals
  • Knowledge Article Updates
  • Work on ad hoc projects/initiatives as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • 2+ years in document processing is preffered
  • 1+ years in Avetta’s Call Center is a plus
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or TalkDesk is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
