Call Center Representatives in Plano to take inbound calls and assist customers for $17/hour!
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
Schedule:
Training schedule will be Mon-Fri from 9AM-6PM.
Once training is completed you will receive a different schedule, and will be required to work at least 1 weekend day. Must have a flexible schedule!
Qualifications:
- Able to type 40 words/minute
- A high school diploma is required, and customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to use correct office spelling and grammars
