Express Employment Professionals in Laramie, WY is searching for multiple people to assist our local client as Call Center Surveyors who will have core responsibilities in interviewing customers over the phone and gathering accurate data. This position will make outbound survey calls to gather statistical information. Interviewers work with a user-friendly CATI (Computer-Aided Telephone Interviewing) system. The position involves contacting people by phone, going over a list of questions, and entering the responses on the computer. Accuracy is of supreme importance. All of the information gathered for the survey is kept confidential and interviewers agree to maintain that confidentiality.

This might be the perfect position for your busy schedule. Standard hours are currently Sunday through Thursday, 4:00pm – 9:00pm and Monday through Friday, 12:00pm – 4:00pm, and Saturday 1:00pm-5:00pm.

Requirements:

• Have a clear speaking voice
• Native English speaker or supremely fluent in English
• Computer literacy a must
• Be friendly, outgoing, and willing to communicate with people over the phone
• Be willing to follow set procedures
• Reliably make your scheduled shifts

What we look for:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to resolve challenges professionally and clearly
• Type 30+ words per minute
