Call Center Technician

Description

Provide additional support for the current Technical Call Center. Interact with current/potential network subscribers regarding triple-play services, as well as potential outages or services. Troubleshoot and or create tickets for timely resolution. Provide outstanding customer support and drive positive brand experience and recognition.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $18.00/hr.
