Job Description:We are offering an opportunity to directly impact the success of a commercial construction company based in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring contractual obligations are being fulfilled while assisting the project teams with meeting budget and completion targets.As the Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Serve as the Owners Representative by understanding the tenant lease and owners’ responsibilities within the lease.
- Manage projects to meet owners’ obligations within the lease.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to relay information related to projects.
- Resolve project issues by collaborating with various stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with tenants and general contractors, chairing weekly or bi-weekly meetings as required by the project.
- Ensure Quality control/Quality assurance process is adhered to, with reviews performed by testing agencies and consultants.
- Use forecasting skills to ensure budget control and report any additional costs outside of budget for approval.
- Review and process all invoices related to projects.
This is full-time, permanent role reporting directly to the President of Construction. - Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client success, account management and/or project manager role.
- Demonstrated skills in Commercial Construction Projects and Lease Administration.
- Experience in drafting and managing Lease Agreements.
- Solid understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability in Stakeholder Communications and Change Management.
- Familiarity with Yardi and Procore software platforms is preferred.
- Experience in Construction Cost estimation and Forecasting is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide solutions to client issues.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Must have a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Expected salary
$100000 – 140000 per year
