Introduction
Construction of slabs, shelters and ash pit for 11 Incinerators for the Ministry of Health, South Sudan
Contract Awards to a Maximum of Three Hospitals per Supplier
Given the complexity, geographic spread, and logistical challenges associated with the required civil works—including the construction of slabs, shelters, and ash pits for incinerators across 11 hospitals in South Sudan—it is essential to ensure timely, high-quality execution and effective oversight. To mitigate the risks of delays, resource overstretch, and compromised workmanship, no single supplier will be awarded contracts for more than three hospital sites.
Bidders will be allowed to bid for one or more sites. Only technically qualified bids will proceed to the financial evaluation, conducted on a site-by-site basis.
If a bidder qualifies technically and financially for more than three sites, contracts will be awarded for the three sites where they ranked most competitively, and the next-best technically qualified bidder(s) will be considered for the remaining sites.
