| Introduction : The Inclusive Growth Team, UNDP Gambia wishes to engage the services of a firm to disseminate and popularize of the LMPI project findings. The firm will assist UNDP Gambia with following:
a) Overall Management
• Workshop planning and set-up.
• Manage technical sites visits (Venue/rooms/hall) and required bookings.
b) Registration and Coordination
• Invitation, accreditation, and registration of participants at the event venue.
• Management of event production (internal branding, set-up etc) and event promotional activities.
• Design and branding services for the event including overall event Look & feel, backdrops, venue branding, signage, merchandise
• Organization and management of the venue (planning and overseeing use of conference rooms for efficient sound system, microphones, decorations, etc.)
c) Media Management
• Propose and invite local media people.
• Organize meet-the press during forum with key figures and local community representatives attending the national workshops and regional workshops.

• Organize interviews with eminent guests on different print and electronic media.
d) Catering Services
Manage and supervise the entire catering services including proposal of menus, arrangement of coffee tea breaks, arrangement of tea/lunches for guests, seating plans for refreshments, negotiating the possible discounted rates for catering services.
This work will be undertaken through 3 key workshops categories as below:
Local Community (Kuntaur LGA) Dissemination Workshop of LMPI Findings:
– Manage the venue and logistics (Transport refund for local community and DSA for GBOS, DDP) for all participants
– Support logistics for 80 participants, with 70 participants from the local communities and 10 from GBOS and DDP.
– Develop visibility and communication material for the National Dissemination workshop
Academia, Civil Society Organization and Development Partner Dissemination Workshop of LMPI Findings:
– Manage the venue and logistics for all participants
– Support logistics for 80 participants, with some participants from other regions.
– Logistics to include transport refunds and DSA for participants.
– Develop visibility and communication material for the National Dissemination workshop
Policy Makers Dissemination Workshop of LMPI Findings:
– Manage the venue and logistics for all participants
– Support logistics for 60 participants, with some participants from other regions.
– Logistics to include transport refunds and DSA for participants.
– Develop visibility and communication material for the National Dissemination workshop
