A leading offshore firm is looking to hire an experienced lawyer into their renowned corporate and finance practice in the Jersey office.The associate will be able to take on a breadth of matters, from private M&A and private equity to DCM and structured finance. They will benefit from the team’s incredibly strong reputation, building relationships with a range of major banks, blue chip corporates and multinational firms whilst taking on cross-border mandates. The associate will also be able to manage more junior fee-earners and work alongside some of the leading partners in the offshore market.The firm welcomes applications from those with two years’ experience post-qualification in a leading corporate/finance team either onshore or offshore.
