Teaching Assistant Wanted in Crawley!Position: Teaching Assistant

In this full-time role, you will support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, working closely with teachers to create an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Support students individually or in small groups to enhance their learning experience
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Help prepare learning materials and resources
• Monitor and report on student progress
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:

• A genuine passion for working with children
• Experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
