We are looking for a dynamic Project Strategy Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, concurrent projects. • Drive Project Success: Manage multiple, complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with company objectives and goals.
• Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
• Foster Agile Culture: Lead Scrum ceremonies and encourage an Agile mindset across teams to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Manage Timelines & Budgets: Develop detailed project plans and manage resources effectively to stay on track with timelines and budgets.
• Identify and Resolve Roadblocks: Proactively spot risks, dependencies, and obstacles, implementing solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Track and Report Progress: Provide clear and consistent communication to leadership and stakeholders on project milestones, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
• Continuous Improvement: Post-project, you’ll drive the review process to gather insights and apply lessons learned to improve future projects and processes.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in project management, with a strong track record of managing and delivering multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Methodology Mastery: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies. Previous Scrum Master experience is a big plus!
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven ability to work with diverse teams, including product, marketing, development, and vendors, to ensure projects stay aligned and on schedule.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize, solve problems, and keep projects on track while managing budgets and resources.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts and share updates with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Tools: Experience with project management tools like Monday.com, Azure Boards, or similar platforms.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies as needed.
• Experience in the iGaming industry or related fields.
• Familiarity with product management principles and understanding how project and product management intersect.
• Relevant certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe.
• Understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, SDLC, and databases.
• A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
