I’m currently partnering with an ambitious accounting practice in Blackburn that’s expanding their Corporate Finance team. This is an exceptional opportunity for either part or newly qualified ACA/ACCA professionals looking to build a meaningful career.

• Supporting the delivery to clients including business sales, acquisitions, and MBOs
• Conducting financial due diligence and preparing detailed reports
• Building financial models and valuation analyses
• Researching market and industry trends for client projects
• Assisting in the preparation of information memoranda and business plans
• Developing strong relationships with clients and intermediaries

Direct mentorship from senior leadership in a close-knit team Perfect timing for ACA/ACCA candidates (part-qualified or recently qualified)

• Part-qualified or recently qualified ACA/ACCA
• Strong academic background with excellent analytical skills
• Some experience in audit, accounting, or corporate finance
• Commercially aware with good business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team while managing individual responsibilities
• Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work
