Salary: $16.00 – $17.00 /HR
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Will stay until 6pm 2 days a week during busy season*
Pay: $17.00/HR (+$1.00 if bilingual)
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and requests for assistance.
- Conduct research to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Utilize computer systems to access and update customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
- Previous office experience in a customer support role, such as a call center.
- Demonstrated reliability with a strong attendance record.
- Longevity in previous roles (2-3+ years with one employer is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
