Bilingual Customer Service Representative

They take pride in providing exceptional service to their clients and customers, and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic bilingual Customer Service Representative to join the team. 

Position Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting customers in both English and French, handling customer inquiries, answering questions, placing orders, and following up on order status and concerns. Your role will be vital in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible. Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or a call center environment is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in both English and French via phone or email, providing clear, accurate, and friendly assistance.
  • Place customer orders and ensure all order details are accurately entered into the system.
  • Follow up on order status, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide product information and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute to the company’s mission of providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and systems (training provided).
