Express Employment Professionals, Temecula, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. 

Responsibilities: 

As a Customer Service Representative in a manufacturing setting, you will be responsible for the following: 

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional service and solutions. 
  • Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment. 
  • Assisting customers with order status updates, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to order processing. 
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and other relevant information. 
  • Coordinating with production, shipping, and quality control teams to ensure customer needs are met. 
  • Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction. 
  • Supporting sales team efforts by providing relevant customer information and feedback. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus. 
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. 
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
