Express Employment Professionals, Temecula, is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative in a manufacturing setting, you will be responsible for the following:

Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing exceptional service and solutions.
Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
Assisting customers with order status updates, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to order processing.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and other relevant information.
Coordinating with production, shipping, and quality control teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Supporting sales team efforts by providing relevant customer information and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or similar environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
