Description We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Representative for our team based in LOMBARD, Illinois, United States, operating within the Manufacturing sector. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, your main tasks will involve handling customer inquiries about photo enforcement programs, maintaining detailed call notes, and supporting customers with credit card transactions for violation payments.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls professionally and promptly, ensuring clear communication.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to photo enforcement programs in the communities.
• Keep the RedCheck system updated with detailed notes from each call.
• Promptly escalate any issues to the Team Lead.
• Aid customers in carrying out credit card transactions for violation payments.
• Regularly check work email and other internal communication channels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and order entry tasks.
• Schedule appointments and manage both inbound and outbound calls. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating an ability to handle high-volume call center activities.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
• Demonstrated skills in data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on customer issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with the ability to utilize these tools for customer service tasks.
• Experience in order entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal time management.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry would be beneficial.
