Robert Half is seeking a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for an exciting opportunity in the medical field. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with a flexible schedule. The position is based in Miami, FL 33132.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their queries via phone, email, and text.

• Utilize the customer relationship management tool provided to research inquiries and document customer interactions.

• Handle customer credit applications, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain and update customer credit records on our internal systems.

• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of inquiries and provide the best solutions.

• Proactively monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required.

• Prepare detailed reports on products or services by collecting and analyzing customer information.

• Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

• Perform data entry tasks and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.

• Exhibit a consistently positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to every interaction.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail sector

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls efficiently

• Demonstrated skills in call center customer service

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy

• Excellent skills in email correspondence, including professional tone and grammar

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for data management and reporting

• Experience in order entry and processing in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple calendars

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service

• High level of organizational and multitasking skills

• Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments.
