PURPOSE
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Customer Service team in a dynamic and growing tactical footwear company. The ideal person for this position has a passion for helping people. A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will provide product information, process customer orders, and efficiently resolve questions or issues that compel our customers to contact us. The CSR is on the leading edge of interaction with our customers and important to the companys success.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist customers
Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
Assist customers with basic troubleshooting to resolve product, account, and delivery questions
Interact with other areas in the company to meet customer requests
Build trust and confidence with customer accounts
Efficiently use the computer system to access order, customer, and product information
Assist with return authorizations
Positively manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
Reflect the companys high standard of service and satisfaction in every customer interaction
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An ability to understand and problem-solve customers needs
Familiarity with order management or similar programs
Proficient use and understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word
Solid customer orientation
Being detail-oriented and ability to communicate details effectively
Good organization and time management skills
COMPENSATION
Pay: $15+ / hour
Hours/Week: 40, Full Time
