Customer Service Representative in Redwood City, California

Description

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish & English Customer Service Representative to join our team in the non-profit industry based in Redwood City, California. This role will be remote, supporting a non-profit organization that provides tax services for low-income individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients, managing appointments, and addressing their inquiries. This is a two week assignment and can be done remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via calls, providing them with a welcoming and appreciative experience.

• Confirm client appointments and manage any rescheduling requirements.

• Update and maintain client response records using Google Sheets.

• Address common client inquiries such as details about the event, necessary documents to bring, and directions.

• Refer complex inquiries or tax-related questions to the appropriate tax preparer.

• Utilize tools such as RingCentral App for efficient communication and task management.

• Be adaptable with the work schedule to ensure client needs and event requirements are met.

• Use bilingual skills in Spanish and English to cater to a diverse range of clients.

• Utilize your experience in customer service and data entry to deliver high-quality service and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.

• Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service.

• Must demonstrate strong customer service skills.

• Proficiency in data entry tasks is required.

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently.

• Experience with inbound and outbound calls is necessary.

• Able to download the RingCentral app

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively.

• Must be comfortable working with Google Sheets.
