Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to maintain the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher as a Supply Teacher
• Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate the diverse learning needs of students
• Offer support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
• Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting, ideally across multiple key stages
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and parents
