The Deputy Program Officer is liable for helping with the implementation of the CDCS, coverage formulation and execution, efficiency reporting, programming/budgeting of assets, coordination with different donors and U.S. authorities businesses, and public communications and outreach. Program Officers are liable for efficiently implementing the USAID Program Cycle (https://www.usaid.gov/sites/default/files/documents/201.pdf). The Program Cycle is USAID’s operational mannequin for planning, delivering, assessing, and adapting improvement programming in a given area or nation to advance U.S. international coverage.
