Development of an information system for online application and processing of requests for public calls of the Ministry of Culture and Media

UNDP office in Montenegro is inviting eligible suppliers to provide offer to develop and implement a software solution for online application and processing of requests for public calls of the Ministry of Culture and Media that would enable applicants to easily register and provide the ability to view and apply to public calls using modern online application forms. The software should facilitate the digitalization of the entire business process for applying to public calls, allowing it to be done online in a transparent manner and with a high level of user satisfaction. 

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
