Overall purpose of the role:
The Field Assistant supports the Site Management Team in implementing site management activities in displacement sites. He/she is responsible for site mapping, regular field monitoring, follow-up on site maintenance works and community activities, identifying site needs, and ensuring effective communication between communities, partners, and DRC. The role is highly field-based and requires strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills
