Equipping and Installing the Language Laboratory at The Ministry of Interior – I

The purpose of this addendum is to inform all bidders that: 

1-      The submission deadline has been changed from 29 June 2026 to [24 June,2026 @ 10:00 Iraq Local time] due to the urgency of the requirement. We encourage you to take this change into consideration and ensure that your proposal is submitted within the revised timeframe.

 

2-      Several clarifications have been received, together with the corresponding responses, for your kind attention.

 

The headsets are intended to be used with the tablets (in which case a USB-C or USB-OTG compatible headset, or an adapter, may be needed),

We need USB-C headsets, headsets connected through a compatible USB-OTG adapter, or any other compatible solution supported by the tablets.

 

– The headsets are intended for use with a separate device (e.g., the teacher’s PC/laptop),

We need a  standard headset with microphone compatible with the device will be suitable.

 

– An alternative connection type (USB-C, Bluetooth, or 3.5mm) would be acceptable for the tablets.

As long as the headsets are fully compatible with the tablets and support both audio output and microphone functionality, alternative connection types such as USB-C, Bluetooth, or 3.5mm are all acceptable.

All other terms and conditions in the RFQ remain unchanged.
