Job Description:Are you a dynamic and experienced Project Manager ready to take on a pivotal role in a fast-paced and innovative environment? Our client, a leader in providing modular space solutions and workforce accommodations, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee critical projects that drive their business forward.Your Opportunity:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team full-time in Calgary, AB. Initially, you will focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations, with exciting opportunities to tackle various projects as the business evolves. This is a significant role with vast exposure to all business units, departments, and locations.What You’ll Do:

• Lead ERP Transition: Oversee the shift from the legacy ERP system to a cutting-edge cloud ERP solution, managing numerous integrations and the decommissioning of the existing system.
• Inspire and Lead: Build, manage, and lead a high-performance, multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with key stakeholders, provide project progress updates, drive decisions, and resolve issues.
• Cultural Change Management: Coordinate with the project steering committee to build awareness and manage cultural change across the organization.
• Project Management: Ensure schedules, budgets, and overall project organization align with requirements and delivery dates.
• Risk Management: Actively monitor project risks and scope to foresee potential problems and work proactively with teams to develop solutions.
• Executive Reporting: Provide strategic advice and prepare and deliver reports to the Executive Leadership team.

Requirements:What You Bring:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of dedicated project management experience, preferably with IT projects.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of formal methodologies; PMP designation is a plus.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
• ERP Experience: Minimum of 3 full-cycle large ERP implementation projects completed as the main/sole Project Manager.
• Change Management: Proven skills in leading and managing organizational change projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to work with large-scale ERP projects using Tier 1 ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, etc.).
• Communication Skills: Strong visual presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas in business terms.
• Hands-On Approach: Attention to detail and a willingness to be hands-on to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Organizational Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills, sense of priorities, and demonstrated ability to manage vendors.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with project management software, including MS Project.
