The American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium celebrates its 75th anniversary in 2023. We are looking for an intern to assist in the organization of our biggest event of the year: our black-tie gala dinner that brings together the international business community in Belgium.
You will assist the events team in all aspects of the gala planning, and support the communications team with the messaging. Through the process, you will learn how to run a successful event and everything it takes to plan and organize it. You will helpĀ prepare the necessary materials for the event and handle on-site logistics. You will be joining a warm, dynamic and international team who will give you every opportunity to learn and grow.
To excel as an intern, you should have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. You are proactive, solution-minded and have excellent organizational skills. You are you committed to quality and see things through to the end. This is an unpaid internship with a minimum 6-weeks commitment.
