The redevelopment of the Council’s official website is consequently a key enabling intervention for the implementation of its broader open government commitments. It is expected to provide the digital infrastructure through which transparency, participation, accessibility, public oversight, and institutional information management can be strengthened in a coherent and sustainable manner. To support this effort, UNDP Maldives, in partnership with Kulhudhuffushi City Council, seeks to engage a qualified local software development firm to undertake the design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and handover of a modern, dynamic, dual-language website for the Council.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
