Introduction

A full size passenger van suitable for official delegations, staff transport, airport transfers, and protocol duties for the Permanent Mission of Liberia to the United Nations, New York City, New York, USA.

Vehicle shall be U.S.‑market specification
Suitable for year‑round operation in North‑East U.S. climate conditions
Capability for frequent short‑haul and medium‑distance transport assignments
Vehicle must comply with all applicable U.S. standards, including:
- U.S. FMVSS safety requirements
- U.S. EPA emissions regulations
