Fundraising Donor Care Assistant

  • Annual salary: £22,464 if based in Belfast / €27,705.60 if based in Dublin

Oxfam Ireland is currently looking for a Fundraising Donor Care Assistant, someone who is excited to work for Oxfam Ireland and wants to raise vital funds to help those most in need through their high performing administrative skills.

Working as part of our busy Fundraising Department, the Donor Care Assistant will be the first point of contact for all donor queries, and make sure that every interaction between Oxfam Ireland and our supporters is positive to maximise supporter relationships.

To be considered for the role, candidates should possess a range of skills and experience including:

  • Strong administrative experience and attention to detail.
  • Accurate data processing skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Relevant experience in a customer, donor, or supporter care role.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of fundraising and using databases and/or CRM systems are desirable.
