Fundraising Officer

Are you passionate about making a difference through impactful fundraising? We’re looking for a
proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Fundraising Officer.

In this dynamic role, you’ll write compelling applications for small grants (under £20,000) and
support the preparation of major funding bids. You’ll play a key part in identifying new
funding opportunities that align with our strategic goals and support the management of
relationships with grant funders.

You’ll also:

• Research and evidence needs through reports and data
• Maintain and improve essential fundraising resources
• Provide guidance and training support for bid writing
• Assist with project evaluations, claims, and impact reporting
• Collaborate with the communications team on donor journeys
• Help deliver fundraising events, including supporting participants in the Great North Run

The role is for 35 hours per week on an 18 month contract.

The salary range is £26,195 to £29,455 per annum.
