• Must have either a 1st or 2:1 degree from esteemed/Russell group university
• Graduates of – Psychology, Education, Sociology, Speech & Language, Ethics and related degrees
• Must be an extremely empathetic individual who is open to work with children with SEN needs
• Can commit to AT LEAST 1 academic year in the role
• Previous experience is desired but NOT essential

Graduate Specialist SEN Assistant – Person Specification

• As a Graduate Specialist SEN Assistant,you will assist in the day-to-day school life ofchildren aged 3-6 who have complex needs, specifically autism
• Work alongside an Ofsted ‘outstanding’ graded trust who are wiling to offer a month of paid training in the field for the correct candidates
• Progression route – Shadow Education Psychologists, excellent networking & training opportunities
• Progression route – Salaried SEN Trainee Teacher opportunities available from September 2025
• This role will include personal care
• Be a part of a brand new team, with a school that boasts state of the art facilities and experienced SEN teachers
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• £500-£560 per week
