Description of the Assignment:

Title: International Consultant for Right to Information legislation

Project Name: Papua New Guinea (PNG) Anti-Corruption Project, 

UNDP Country Office in PNG

Reports to: Chief Technical Adviser (Anti-Corruption)

Type of Appointment: Individual Consultant (International)

Expected Places of Travel: Port Moresby, PNG  

Duty Station: Home-based with 21 days (3×5 full working days) in the country (PNG) during 3 missions to the duty station  

Duration of the Contract: 40 working days (upon signing the contract up to 30 November 2026)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
