Description of the Assignment: The overall objective of this consultancy is to reform and strengthen the Monitoring and Evaluation system of the Justice Access Centers (CAJ) to ensure more efficient, inclusive, and transparent service delivery.
Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 65 days within 6 months
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
