As an IT Specialist for MarketBridge, you will be a crucial member of our IT team, providing comprehensive support and administration for O365 applications and hardware/software environments. This role involves end-user support, security administration, and the implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure operations.The ideal candidate will have experience in a SOC II-certified Microsoft environment, with a strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Detailed responsibilities:

• Provide O365 Support and Administration

• End user support for O365 applications including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and Sharepoint
• Entra ID administration
• RBAC administration
• Security Controls
• Provide hardware and software support in a mixed OS and hardware environment (both Windows and Mac)
• Use PowerShell and scripting skills for sysadmin tasks
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems for end users on a variety of issues
• Assist in documenting and administering IT policies and procedures
• Security (SOC II) administration and support

• Assist Senior Security staff with implementation, assessment, monitoring and compliance of a SOC II environment
• Cyber Security Administration

• Assist Senior Security staff with implementation, monitoring training and compliance with user based Cyber Security tools

Qualities and skill sets

• Demonstrated successful experience working in a SOC II-certified Microsoft environment
• Experience with both PC and Mac hardware/software support
• Detail-focused and highly organized
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires managing multiple priorities effectively
• Proactive self-starter, driven to obtain results and find new opportunities to grow and improve.
• An effective and proactive communicator who is quick to respond to the needs of the business.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to complete results-based tasks and projects

Salary Pay Range*: $70,000-$90,000 CDN per year*Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for a new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level and location.
