Job Description:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the automotive department.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with overall business objectives.
• Evaluate credit applications and assist in the approval process for automotive financing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financing options and terms to customers.
• Assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the finance department.

Requirements:

• The Desire to grow and develop into a Full Finance Manager
• Previous experience in a finance-related role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of automotive financing processes and regulations is a plus.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
