  • Building Confidence: Foster a classroom environment where every student feels valued, confident, and motivated to reach their full potential.
  • Tracking and Celebrating Progress: Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback, and setting clear learning targets.
  • Personalised Learning: Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of your students, ensuring each child can achieve their best.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to share ideas, resources, and best practices, helping to continually improve the quality of teaching across the school.
  • Engaging Parents and Guardians: Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, keeping them updated on their child’s progress and celebrating their achievements.

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
  • Experienced in teaching Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
