DescriptionOur Downtown Vancouver client is seeking a permanent, full-time Property Accounting Manager to join the team.**Competitive salary ranging from $100,000-120,000 + Benefits**Downtown Vancouver locationBenefits of position:

Reporting to the Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and supervise a team of property accountants
• Ensure team members are meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties
• Year end operating cost adjustments and tenant billings for assignment properties
• Ensure all GST and other legislated taxes and assessments are reconciled and remitted
• Monitor and review accounts payables & receivables accuracy, adjustments, and corrections
• Preparing budgets and forecasts
• CAM reconciliations

The Successful Candidate:

• Previous experience supervising a team of property accountants
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Yardi will be highly regarded
