Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a strong grasp of the National Curriculum
• Ability to meet the individual needs of all learners and foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for supporting students’ academic and personal growth
• A team player who works well with colleagues and is committed to continuous improvement
• An up-to-date Enhanced DBS and two professional references

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils in developing their literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills
• Encouraging independence, collaboration, and social development in line with the school’s values
• Adapting lessons to ensure all learners can access and succeed in the curriculum
• Promoting student well-being, including supporting pupils with personal care or medical needs where necessary
• Contributing to a school culture that celebrates achievement, creativity, and resilience
