Location S3We are working with a Primary school in Sheffield S3 who are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in foundation stage, full time, long term basis until July 2024.The successful applicant will need experience of the EYFS framework. The role will entail setting up engaging learning activities, helping with phonics sessions and monitoring the safety of the learning environment. You will need to have good behaviour management skills, work well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills as you will be frequently communicating with children, teachers and parents.A successful Teaching Assistant candidate would:

• Have current experience as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant either in mainstream schools or Nursery setting.
• Level 3 TA qualification/NNEB/ NVQ
• Have a confident, caring, and assertive personality
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team
• Have strong communication skills
• Have good behaviour management skills
• A commitment to helping children reach their full potential

What we need from you:

• To be currently available for full time employment.
• 2x references.
• A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service
