Logistical Event Services for Heroes of Tomorrow: UN SDG Action Award Ceremony 24.- 30. October 2026 in Rome, Italy
Description of Services
- Accommodation: 30 rooms for event guests across specified dates, with breakfast, Wi-Fi, and luggage assistance included, all within Rome city centre.
- Transfers: Airport shuttles for arriving and departing guests, VIP private transfers, and a dedicated minivan for the transportation of SDG Cubes to and from UN FAO premises.
- Catering: Daily crew lunches (25–29 October), an Awards Reception for 150 guests (29 October), and workshop catering including coffee breaks and an evening reception (28 October).
- Event Venue & Meeting Rooms: Main ceremony venue (capacity 300), backstage production room, VIP room, finalist workshop room, team office, artist room, hair and make-up room, and coat check — all within walking distance of the ceremony venue.
- Technical Services: Technical support for the finalist workshop (28 October) and provision and management of four lobby screens during the ceremony (29 October).

Background:
The UN SDG Action Campaign is a special initiative of the UN Secretary-General, hosted by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and based in Bonn, Germany. The Campaign’s flagship programme, the Heroes of Tomorrow: UN SDG Action Awards, recognizes individuals and initiatives that harness creativity and innovation to advance the Sustainable Development Goals. Each year, a High-Level Panel of Judges reviews over 5,500 applications from 190 countries across three award categories: Changemaker, Creativity, and Resilience. The 2026 Awards Ceremony will be held in Rome, Italy, and is expected to reach a global audience through UN WebTV, Deutsche Welle, RAI, and other international broadcasters.
Objetctive:
The objective of this Request for Quotation is to select a single, qualified supplier based in Rome capable of delivering integrated and end-to-end logistical event services for the Heroes of Tomorrow: UN SDG Action Awards 2026. The selected supplier will ensure the seamless coordination of accommodation, transfers, catering, venue, meeting rooms, and technical support, enabling the UN SDG Action Campaign to focus on the programmatic and creative delivery of the event
